Details:
This is a 3 day camp from 1:00pm-3:00pm; Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Each day focuses on various craft & art projects including sculpture, watercolor techniques, charcoal/oil pastels & lots of fun!
Please drop off and pick up at The Art Parlor located downtown Canton.
Due to the nature of this camp, we have 10 camper maximum for attendance. The deadline to book is 3 days before the camp start date. To request a cancellation, please notify us 3 days prior to camp start date for a full refund. Requests made after this time frame will be given a credit to put toward another summer camp this year.

Summer Teen Art Club

A multi-week summer Art Club that goes deeper than standard art camp. Ideal for ages 8–14 who already love making art and want to explore more challenging techniques, personal style, and artistic confidence.
Small, focused groups meet weekly in our beautiful 1,600 sq. ft. studio — plenty of space to work and display projects.
All mediums welcome: drawing, painting, collage, printmaking, sculpture, mixed media, and digital art. Projects rotate so students discover new tools and refine favorite techniques.

Derby Party Water Color Paint Event
Come experience the iconic Kentucky Derby at The Art Parlor. This event represents 152 years of rich tradition, fascinating history, and the thrilling spirit that truly embodies the essence of the Kentucky Derby. Although we may find ourselves in Texas, we can still come together as a community to celebrate this cherished southern tradition. Let’s embrace the elegance that Derby Day brings and dress up in our finest Derby Best. Don’t forget to wear those fabulous hats—get ready for your close-up, as we capture memories while enjoying these delightful traditions! Of course, we can’t overlook the highlight of the day, which is the stunning 3-year-old Thoroughbreds. We will provide watercolor paper featuring beautifully pre-traced horses, so everyone can unleash their artistic talents. All the necessary supplies and refreshments will be readily provided for our enjoyment. This event is designed for moms, daughters, sisters, and friends to bond and have a great time together. All ages are more than welcome to join in the celebration!
PAINTING Group Event “ON THE EDGE” RESTAURANT & Drafthouse in Edgewood, Texas
Join me for a delightful group paint night. This event will be hosted at “On The Edge” Restaurant in Edgewood, Texas. The class will take place within the restaurant. Indulge in a fun evening where I'll guide you step by step to create a beautiful 11x14 canvas featuring a lovely landscape of Texas spring flowers with a distant barn in the background. This piece can be loved and displayed all year long!
You don’t need to be a pro; my beginner-level instructions make it easy and enjoyable for everyone. I will supply everything you need, including aprons, easels, and paint, so all you have to bring is your creativity and your favorite family and friends!
